Casey Spitnale

Casey Spitnale has a passion for design. From an early age he was drawing, painting, and building works of art. The young start in art has turned into of providing lifestyle of creative design solutions.

In his professional career, he has experienced a wide variety of work including web applications, environmental design, photography, direct mail packaging, and many substantial marketing campaigns that span years of work.He has partnered with many different agencies and has worked alongside marketing agencies, top corporate finance industries, leading legal research corporations, and many information technology consulting companies.

He loves spending time with his family, playing with legos, collecting antiques and spending time on his hobby farm.

Back End Developer

Ben Tietje

Ben holds a BS in Computer Engineering Technology from DeVry University. He has worked in IT for 17 years, including 10 years at a Fortune 25 company. He’s held team lead or manager roles in sales, master data management, IT governance & compliance, database administration, and website development. He is well versed in back-end development, from small single page websites to multi-billion dollar applications.

In his free time, he loves spending time with his 6 children, playing board and card games, and reading science fiction.

Chelsey Ancliffe

Chelsey is a natural at organizing and managing teams for projects of any size. She has managed hundreds of website development and design projects across many industries. Her passion for digital marketing was ignited while completing her degree in Anthropology at Concordia University in Montreal. There she discovered her interest for digital technology and online communities.

A dedicated world traveler, Chelsey has lived in some of the world’s greatest cities including Copenhagen, New York and Montreal where she is currently based. Through her travels she has been active in a number of projects in film production and urban sustainability. Chelsey’s diverse background enables her to energize every client mandate with a fresh and unique perspective.

Front End Developer

Eric Buntain

Eric’s interest in computers started at a young age, fixing computers and making websites after school. His interest in computers continued into college as he earned his Associates in Computer Programming. After college, he got a job in IT and has been in the IT field for over 3 years while learning web development on his own.

When not working, Eric enjoys playing video games and tabletop games with friends.

Shelby White

Shelby was born and raised in Dayton with a paintbrush in her hand. She has always been one for the arts, and you can see that in everything from her fashion to her hobbies. Therefore, once she realized she could combine love for art with her other true love –computers– she knew exactly what she wanted to be when she grew up.

She graduated from The Modern College of Design in 2011 and has since worked as a graphic designer and web developer alongside Dayton’s most talented creatives.

In 2015, Shelby began teaching the next generation of designers at the University of Dayton. She also started teaching at Stivers School for the Arts in 2018, where her students learn fundamental graphic design and computer skills.

If she’s not working, you’ll find her playing games, watching anime/tv, or hanging out with her partner and their two cats.


Lucas Maxwell

Lucas is a computer enthusiast, wrenching on hardware since he was young. He’s pursuing a Bachelors in Computer Information Systems from Siena Heights University, and has an educational background in both Programming and Cybersecurity. He has a special love for Web Development, stemming from years as a volunteer website admin.

When he’s not studying or working, he enjoys spending time with family, hiking, and playing games.
